His find closely resembles the widely cultivated Pteris 'Wilsonii'

the patch is topped with a mass of 10" stalks of pink daisies

cardboard-like texture with a felty backside and eventually make a nice evergreen mass

We think this makes a superb manageable-sized potted specimen where it is not winter hardy
