The wine ages for around 6 months in used Burgundy barrels

2017 Ultramarine Rose Heintz Vineyard Sonoma Coast Hakushu A serious upgrade for any51% Pinot Noir (10% as red wine) and 49% Chardonnay. Dosage is at 6 g L. From winemaker Michael Cruse: Lean and mineral, metal with white strawberries.
